If you travel to Tokyo here I live a subjective checklist about tour important places in my view.

Visit Shinjuku and its area of skyscrapers, and get up the free overlooks that you find in the premises of Metropolitan Governance. The architecture of the zone is great, acording to the season, we can see how far the Fuji mount. You can go at noon, a walk in Shinjuku Gyoen Park, you can lose for the neon streets, karaoke, izakaya and shops as far as to see the sunrise since from the Metropolitan Governance, and go to shopping and dinner for the zone.

Asakusa and the Senso-ji church. The church earliest of Tokyo, with its beautiful door Kaminarimon and a fantastic comercial street nefore you reach the church above-mentioned, the Nakamise-dori street. Also you can come a Kappabashi street for see the catering stores.

Odaiba, a perfect place to spend from half a day to the whole day. We can combine it with Asakusa and the Himiko river cruise, so that we spend the morning in Asakusa and go to Odaiba for lunch and spend the afternoon. Watching the sunset from Odaiba, with the boats lit up in Tokyo Bay, near the Rainbow Bridge, with the Tokyo Tower in the background and up to Roppongi's Mori Tower is fantastic. But also in Odaiba we have a Ferris wheel, a life-size Gundam, several shopping malls, several very interesting museums, one of the best viewpoints in Tokyo, the possibility to relax in an onsen in Oedo Tokyo Monogatarari. Another option to see a replication of the Statue of Liberty and even visit a very curious Toyota exhibition.

Visit the Hama Rikyu Koen Gardens, one of the most beautiful in the capital. We can visit them from Asakusa, since there are river cruises that stop in these gardens. Or we can see them after eating sushi in the surroundings of the old market of Tsukiji since they are a few minutes walk from here.

Spend a whole morning between Yoyogi Park, Meiji Shrine and Takeshita-dori Street in Harajuku, full of fashion and accessories shops and stores dedicated to Japanese idols. In the afternoon, take a walk around Omotesando. Here you will find shops designed by some of the best architects in the world.

Go to the Tokyo Tower, all an emblem of the city of Tokyo, to enjoy the classic views from its viewpoint. It is especially interesting to combine it with a visit to Zojoji temple, located next to the tower and from which we will enjoy a beautiful picture of the main hall of the temple with the tower behind it.

Visit the Tokyo Sky Tree tower. See the tower from below, it is impressive and the leisure and entertainment complex they have set up around it will make us enjoy it. Besides, one of the viewpoints that offers the best views is undoubtedly the Mori Tower in Roppongi, which being outdoors is simply spectacular.

Get lost in Tokyo Station, to go out through the Marunouchi exit and be amazed at the 100-year-old architecture that has been completely restored. On the Yasuo side, although it's much more modern, the station has also had a major facelift and is worth seeing. From the Maronouchi exit, you can walk to the Imperial Palace and stroll through its beautiful gardens.

Akihabara, Shibuya and Ginza, we can walk among neon lights, hyper-exclusive shops and restaurants, see Tokyo's kabuki theater or cross the world's busiest pedestrian crossing, caress the statue of the dog Hachiko or climb the famous hill of love hotels.
